Boodle Hatfield supports exciting new print fair

We are proud to announce that our esteemed clients, Jack Bullen and Lizzie Glendinning, will present their second edition of the Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair from 20 – 23 October 2017, taking place at Building 10, Major Draper Street, Royal Arsenal Riverside, Woolwich, London SE18 6GD. From central London, the river clipper makes the venue easy to access by boat.

The Fair is the largest contemporary print fair in the UK and boasts beautiful, affordable prints from some of the most exciting print making talent out there, including up and coming artists and established, better known artists including Tracy Emin, Norman Ackroyd RA, Paula Rego, Chris Ofili, Frank Auerbach and Christopher Le Brun PRA. You can find more information about the event and about tickets can be found here http://www.woolwichprintfair.com/info/.

There will also be a number of printmaking talks and workshops suitable for children and adults alike.

This year, in collaboration with Own Art, you can walk away from the Fair with a print and pay it interest free over a 10 month period, making the Fair a fantastic place to collect top quality art, so there is even more of an incentive to go.

Fred Clark and Rudy Capildeo from our Art Law & More team assisted Jack and Lizzie with contractual and commercial matters relating to the Fair and have also advised them separately in connection with their gallery, the Brocket Gallery in Kennington. Both the Fair and the gallery are separate businesses presenting different legal considerations to think about and we have enjoyed helping Jack and Lizzie with both endeavors.
