Infrared scans have now confirmed that the mysterious words are indeed those of the Norwegian artist and not the graffiti of a ridiculing critic.

Christie’s is to become the first major auction house to sell a standalone NFT (Non-Fungible Token) work of art.
‘Everydays: The First 5000 Days’ (2021), a digital artwork by Beeple, will be auctioned online between 25 February and 11 March 2021. In a sign that Christie’s is charting new territory in the digital art market, it is offering Beeple’s work with an “unknown” estimate and bidding will start at US$100 (£72).

At the 2019 edition of the Fair, the Boodle Hatfield Printmaking Prize was launched, followed by a prize giving evening in late February 2020 at which the shortlisted prints were displayed and the winner announced. At the 2020 edition of Woolwich Contemporary Print Fair, members of the Art Law & More team selected their ten shortlisted prints for the 2021 Boodle Hatfield Printmaking Prize. Over the past few weeks we have been getting to know some of our ten shortlisted artists through a series of Q&As. We are continuing our Q&A series with Maite Cascón , a printer from Spain, who is shortlisted for her print Tricksters Tree I.
